Cancellations
A £25 admin fee will be applicable to any cancellations made after 24 hours from order confirmation.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 48 hours from the time of purchase. If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items are exempt from returns. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, items that include needles, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items/End Of Line Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or end-of-line items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@foreveryoungglow.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All consignments are shipped via courier, and notification will be sent via text message or email with a tracking number.
The purchaser is responsible for checking all importation and customs regulations in their country and agreeing to pay any additional import or tax fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute the parcel. If there is a delay through customs, we are not responsible for the delay, and we cannot issue a refund until the product is returned to us, minus shipping fees.
If a parcel is lost, we will require confirmation from our courier that it is lost. Once we receive this confirmation, we will issue a refund to you.
